I do have a question about balancing family with working out. I work a very stressful job where I get up at 5:15, out the door by 6:00 and not back until 6:30PM (earliest). I only have a few hours with my kids anyway and I've been using one to workout. I can't get up at 3:30 to workout and if I did I'd be asleep so early I wouldn't get any extra time with them. I try to focus on the weekends and using the little bit of time during the week to help with homework and spending a little time with them, but how do you manage?
