Eating Clean Can Be Simple!
Eating clean doesn't have to be hard.
It doesn't need to include reading a bunch of cookbooks, spending hours scouring over food blogs, or never walking down the cookie aisle at the grocery store.
Healthy eating is all about learning to view food as delicious nutrition for the building blocks of your body!
Here's an easy game plan:
Pick out your dinners for the week; include a big green salad, a veggie, a fruit, a whole grain if you choose, and a protein.
Then make your grocery list from your chosen recipes.
Then stick to the list. Shoving new veggies into your cart but not having a plan for them results in thrown out rotten veggies. (been there!) Great intentions, but no plan = not a whole lot of change.
Start with dinners, then move on to breakfasts, lunches, and snacks if you need to ease in. Meal planning does not have to be hard, it just has to be intentional and manageable.
